Post Op
- For your own safety and the safety of others you are advised not to drive or operate complex or dangerous machinery til the next day after your procedure
- Special instructions will be explained and given to you, prior to your discharge
- Please contact City West Day Surgery or your specialist if you have any concerns after your discharge
- You are advised not to drink alcohol until the day after your procedure
- It is suggested that you rest for the next 12 to 24 hours and eat light meals to decrease the potential for nausea
- Please spend the next 12 to 24 hours after your procedure with family or a carer
